The story behind why this is included with the code is quite simple...
Before I began work on coding NPM I took about two days to brush up on Python and started looking further into QT3 and QT4 documentation. Before that I had asked Tim McCormick for permission to make a few postings on the PCBSD Forums about the project because PC-BSD Users are in part the targeted audience for NPM along with Systems Administrators.
After I completed my studies I made the posting and set to work on starting the intial coding work. When I opened my konsole session to begin work, it displayed this quote.
Seeing that the quote was close to what I was thinking. It's time to put what I know to work now or never, So I saved it to a file in the source as a reminder.
